The Local Power of Energy, The Control of the Future
It is a Voltage Indicator used in the cubicles of MV (Medium Voltage) Switching Facilities to indicate the presence of energy on the busbar. The KGS 03 allows for the measurement of Phase–Phase and Phase–Ground voltages via the voltage measurement terminals on its front panel, and the voltage status of each phase can be individually monitored through the LEDs on the front face. To protect against potential overvoltages in the system, a "surge arrester" is integrated within the KGS 03. Designed in accordance with the IEC 61243-5 standard, the KGS 03K continuously monitors the busbar voltage; it illuminates its LEDs when $U > 10\% U_n$ and extinguishes them when $U < 10\% U_n$. These indicators are manufactured to suit different voltages based on the capacitance values of the Capacitive Voltage Divider Insulators. These values must be specified prior to ordering.
Phase–Phase and Phase–Ground voltages are measured via the voltage measurement terminals on the front panels of the KGS 03 – 03K, and the voltage of each phase is individually monitored with the help of high-efficiency LEDs. To protect against overvoltages that may occur in the system, a "surge arrester" is placed inside the KGS 03LRM for protection.
