The Local Power of Energy, The Control of the Future
RTU7.4 is derived from a well-established series of compact RTUs by ELVAC a.s., designed for the remote monitoring of energy networks and other fields with high requirements for system reliability and robustness. Its compact design integrates three-phase measurement of voltage and currents, digital inputs and outputs, a communication module, and a backup battery charger into a single unit, which is highly cost-effective and simplifies system installation and maintenance.
The unit can record waveforms of signals on analog inputs triggered by fault events. These recordings can be downloaded and analyzed remotely. Similarly, it is possible to remotely parameterize the unit and upgrade the firmware. The RTU7K PC2 version is equipped with a more powerful communication board to support more demanding communication tasks.
